Job summary

Volvo Cars Bellevue, part of Swickard Auto Group, seeks a reliable Lot Attendant to maintain lot organization and keep Volvo vehicles displayed and guest-ready on the Eastside. You will move vehicles as directed by sales management, assist with check-in and pre-delivery staging, and support the sales team’s day-to-day operations.

Ideal candidates are organized, punctual, and comfortable driving EVs and PHEVs; prior lot experience is a plus, with opportunities to grow into porter or sales support

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Comfortable driving EVs and PHEVs; familiarity with electrified vehicles a plus.
• Organized and self-directed; able to work without supervision.
• Reliable and punctual with a professional demeanor.
• Prior lot attendant, porter, valet, or similar experience is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain lot organization and ensure Volvo vehicles are clearly displayed and accessible.
• Move vehicles as directed by sales management for display, guest viewing, test drives, and delivery staging.
• Keep the lot clean and presentable with updated signage.
• Assist with new vehicle check-in and pre-delivery staging.
• Support the sales team with vehicle retrieval and lot logistics.
• Report any vehicle condition issues promptly to the appropriate team member.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Maintain lot organization throughout the day -- ensuring Volvo vehicles are properly positioned, clearly displayed, and accessible to guests and the sales team at all times
• Move vehicles as directed by sales management -- repositioning inventory for display, guest viewing, test drives, and delivery staging
• Keep the lot clean and presentable -- removing debris, maintaining signage, and ensuring the overall appearance reflects the store's standard
• Assist with new vehicle check-in and pre-delivery staging -- ensuring vehicles are properly placed and guest-ready for upcoming appointments and deliveries
• Support the sales team with vehicle retrieval and lot logistics throughout the shift
• Report any vehicle condition issues -- damage, low fuel, warning lights -- to the appropriate team member promptly

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record -- required
• Comfortable driving EVs and PHEVs -- Volvo's electrified lineup is a growing part of the Bellevue lot and familiarity with electric vehicles is a plus
• Organized and self-directed -- you notice what needs doing and handle it without waiting to be asked
• Reliable and punctual -- the sales team depends on consistent lot coverage and vehicles staged correctly before guests arrive
• Professional demeanor -- guests are on the lot and every interaction represents the store
• Prior lot attendant, porter, valet, or related experience a plus -- not required
