Job summary

Bergstrom Nissan of Appleton, part of Bergstrom Automotive, is seeking a reliable Lot Attendant to maintain the dealership lot, prepare vehicles for display, and assist with movement between locations. The role emphasizes outdoor work, attention to detail, and teamwork in a fast-paced automotive environment.

The position offers daytime hours, starting pay between $15.00–$18.00 per hour based on experience, and includes a comprehensive benefits package for full-time team members.

Qualifications

• Requires valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Ability to operate a variety of vehicles, including manual transmissions.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to high standards.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the appearance and organization of the dealership lot, ensuring vehicles are clean, aligned, and presented professionally.
• Wash, vacuum, and fuel vehicles as needed to prepare them for guests and sales displays.
• Assist with the transportation of vehicles between dealership locations or for guest deliveries.
• Conduct lot checks to ensure vehicles are properly secured and accounted for.
• Organize and maintain vehicle keys and paperwork according to dealership standards.
• Assist with snow removal, landscaping, or other tasks to maintain a welcoming environment.
• Support the sales and service teams by moving vehicles to and from service areas, lot displays, and parking spaces.
• Perform general lot maintenance and ensure all areas are free of debris and hazards.
