Position Summary

Lot associates are responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, organization, and safety of the lot where marine vehicles and equipment are stored for their respective OneWater Marine store.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Assist with the organization and maintenance of the lot. Ensure all boats, trailers and other equipment are stored properly.
• Safely move and transport boats and equipment as needed to support sales, service, and customer needs.
• Conduct regular inspections of boats and equipment for damage or maintenance. Report any issues to management.
• Assist in preparing boats for deliveries. Support in the receiving and unloading of new inventory.
• Demonstrate attentiveness when customers are on the lot, assisting as needed.
• Follow all safety procedures and protocols to ensure the lot is safe for all employees and customers.
• Partner with other team members to ensure operational and customer needs are prioritized and met.
• Maintain knowledge, training, and certifications for equipment use.
• Perform any other duties as assigned.

Qualifications / Requirements

Physical demands include standing, repetitive motions, moving objects up to 100 pounds, and operating motor vehicles. The role requires proficiency in tasks such as moving between work sites, lifting, and operating equipment at a range of intervals.

Work Environment

The work environment is an indoor office setting with controlled temperatures. Environmental conditions commonly involve standard office conditions without adverse weather or hazardous exposure.
