Position Summary

OneWater Marine seeks a reliable and safety-conscious Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will safely operate company vehicles, ensure timely delivery of boats and products, and support various marine industry operations. This role requires strong attention to detail, a commitment to safety, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Safely transport and move boats and equipment as assigned, using forklift when needed.
  • Follow all safety and compliance regulations.
  • Maintain company vehicle in proper condition, including upkeep of logs, mileage, and fluid changes.
  • Clearly communicate to management the schedule and timing of all assignments.
  • Complete all other tasks as requested by management.
  • Report any damages or concerns about boats or equipment to management.
  • Other duties as requested.

  • Exhibits a positive and energetic demeanor in the work environment.
  • Ability to make independent decisions.
  • Demonstrates attentiveness when customers are on the lot, assisting as needed.
  • Promotes team attitude and supports other team members, departments, and locations to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Preserves the professional image of the company while traveling.
Qualifications / Requirements
  • Valid Driver’s License.
  • Experience operating larger vehicles and transporting heavy equipment.
  • Forklift certification preferred.
  • Clean MVR.
  • Pass drug screening and background check.
Physical Demands
  • Operate motor vehicle regularly.
  • Perform repetitive motions involving wrists, hands, and fingers.
  • Stand or sit for prolonged periods.
  • Move between work sites or tasks.
  • Lift or move objects up to 100 pounds.
  • Communicate with others to exchange information.
Work Environment

This position operates exclusively in an indoor office environment with controlled temperatures. Adverse environmental conditions are not expected.
