Job summary

Kohl’s is seeking a Loss Prevention Supervisor to strengthen store profitability by deterring theft, conducting internal investigations, and reducing shortages. You will train associates, lead LP staff, and partner with store leaders and law enforcement to uphold security standards.

The role requires strong communication, decision-making, and confidentiality in a fast-paced retail environment. On-site work with physical security responsibilities is expected.

Responsibilities

• Identify external and internal theft trends at assigned location(s).
• Execute theft prevention strategies and internal investigations to reduce exposure.
• Implement store awareness programs addressing theft, safety, inventory, and shortage control.
• Lead and train Loss Prevention Associates; supervise officers and specialists at select locations.
• Maintain customer service focus while performing LP duties.
• Conduct audits and security inspections to ensure Kohl’s policy compliance.
