Job summary

Qualifications

• Must have at least 1 year of Loss Prevention experience.
• Ability to communicate effectively by telephone, email, radio and reporting.
• Must have a valid driver's license and meet minimum requirements of Motor Vehicle Records.
• Stand/walk for up to 7 hours per shift.

Responsibilities

• Perform patrols, observe, report safety issues.
• Respond to emergencies per procedures.
• Address complaints and assist outside agencies.
• Produce factual incident reports.
• Secure lost and found per policy and manage property.
• Keep information confidential.
• Investigate incidents and follow up.
• Support Loss Prevention director on safety programs.
• Maintain knowledge of all policies.
• Log incidents into the database.
• Deliver Loss Prevention training to staff.
• Complete daily staff checklists and reports.
• Motivate and lead the team.
• Provide guests with accurate hotel information.
• Ensure adherence to SOPs.
• Keep the work area clean and organized.
• Handle filing and administrative tasks.
• File incident information properly.
• Supervise locker audits.
• Review footage from cameras.
