Job summary

Omni Dallas Hotel is seeking an Overnight Loss Prevention Officer to ensure the safety of guests and associates and enforce hotel policies. You will prepare incident and accident reports and respond to emergencies, alarms, and investigations.

The role requires patrolling the property, maintaining confidentiality, and documenting all activities. Prior loss prevention experience and the ability to work overnight shifts, weekends, and holidays are strongly preferred.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Loss Prevention Officer is strongly preferred.
• Must be able to stand and walk for the entire shift.
• Must be able to communicate effectively by telephone, email, radio and reporting.
• Must have basic computer knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Observe and report on all assignments.
• Record and report unsafe conditions while patrolling hotel property.
• Protect hotel, guest, and employee property.
• Maintain professional attitude and appearance.
• Patrol property to ensure safety of guests and employees and protect assets.
• Escort and assist guests and associates with safety and hotel operations.
