Job summary

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills, including training and people skills.
• Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor.
• Valid driver’s license with good driving record and proof of insurance.
• Ability to perform physical tasks (standing, walking, bending) and lift up to 25 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Review and recommend policy changes to prevent and minimize financial loss; conduct internal audits of cash handling, safety and security procedures.
• Make bi-annual inspections of each Goodwill location to ensure safe working practices.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, state/local laws, CARF and other safety standards; maintain OSHA 300 and training logs.
• Chair the Safety Committee and document meeting notes and records.
• Develop and conduct OSHA and CARF safety trainings for staff (CPR/First Aid/AED); document training records.
• Train store management and employees in loss prevention policies and procedures.
