Responsibilities

• Maintain a visible security presence at store entrances/exits and on the sales floor.
• Greet customers and associates with eye contact and courtesy while monitoring for theft indicators.
• Collaborate with Store Leadership and Loss Prevention staff to minimize loss and ensure safety.
• Observe, report, and respond to potential safety issues and theft activity.
• Adhere to company policies and dress code while representing the Ross brand.
