Canteen One, part of Compass Group USA, is seeking a Loss Prevention Program Coordinator in Minneapolis. This role drives shrink reduction through coordinating processes, tracking investigations, and partnering with operations, finance, and client teams.

You will monitor shrink activity, manage reporting, support theft investigations, and identify opportunities to improve operational processes. A data-driven, fast-paced, collaborative environment awaits.

Qualifications

• Experience in operational support, process coordination, billing, reporting, or customer/client support.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills; work with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily shrink and loss prevention processes.
• Monitor shrink submissions and follow up on issues.
• Review reports to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
• Support theft investigations and coordinate with loss prevention teams.
• Track billable shrink activity and resolve invoice exceptions.
• Prepare reporting summaries and communicate findings and trends.
• Help develop standard operating procedures and workflows.
