Job summary

Kohl's is seeking a Loss Prevention Supervisor in Bloomington, MN to reduce shrink and protect store assets. You will lead theft deterrence programs, conduct investigations, and partner with store leaders, law enforcement, and local groups to strengthen loss-prevention culture.

Responsibilities include audits, training, and supervising LP staff; maintaining customer service standards and acting on legal matters as needed. This role emphasizes initiative and clear communication.

Responsibilities

• Identify external and internal theft trends within assigned location(s).
• Execute theft prevention strategies and internal investigations to reduce exposure.
• Implement store awareness programs addressing theft, safety, inventory and shortage control.
• Communicate potential shortage opportunities to leaders.
• Conduct operational audits and security inspections for policy compliance.
• Partner with store personnel to address opportunities for improvement.
• Maintain customer service awareness.
• Recruit and train Loss Prevention staff; supervise Officers/Service Specialists.
• Act as Kohl’s representative in legal proceedings as needed.
