Qualifications

• 4+ years’ experience in operational support or financial analysis in a multi-unit environment.
• Experience in project management and process improvement.
• Experience managing data to analyze trends to identify areas of opportunity.

Responsibilities

• Leverage loss prevention and safety data to identify trends and opportunities with cross-functional partners.
• Streamline and improve LP administrative and reporting processes; automate reporting where possible.
• Manage LP expenses, vendor management, and store alarm/security programs.
• Develop forecasts and budgets with finance; analyze spend variances.
• Lead loss prevention projects; define scope, goals and deliverables.
• Act as LP subject-matter expert for test and control analytics; recommend improvements.
