Job summary

Responsibilities

• Mitigate and reduce losses by deterring external theft and executing operational programs.
• Model customer engagement to detect and deter shoplifters and provide service to all customers.
• Assist in monitoring store safety, policies, MES execution, and adherence to safety standards.
• Participate in Shrink Coach meetings and conduct training for teammates.
• Perform MES sweeps, fitting room checks, and support safety and loss prevention procedures.
