Job summary

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of Loss Prevention experience or related retail experience.
• Wicklander-Zulawski interview training preferred.
• 4-year college degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• Certified Forensic Interview (CFI) preferred.
• Completed comprehensive background checks as required.

Responsibilities

• Lead Loss Prevention functions within the store and partner with Store Operations to prevent loss.
• Train associates and managers on LP programs to ensure compliance.
• Conduct Loss Prevention assessments/investigations and document findings.
• Ensure the physical security of the building and assets (alarm tests, CCTV coordination).
• Analyze daily/weekly/monthly reports to identify opportunities and shrink reduction.
