Job summary

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of prior LP or educational experience in Loss Prevention preferred.

Responsibilities

• Mitigate losses and deter theft while following company policies.
• Model customer engagement behaviors to detect shoplifters and assist customers.
• Prepare detailed incident reports in LPMS and coordinate with authorities when needed.
• Promote store awareness on safety and MES execution; conduct MES sweeps and checks.
• Assist in internal/external investigations and training of teammates.
