Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of management experience in loss prevention, security, or supply chain environments.
• Strong ability to prioritize, self-manage, and deliver results in fast-paced distribution or warehouse settings.
• Proven problem-solving, analytical, and conflict resolution skills with experience leading investigations.
• Ability to respond effectively in crisis situations, including workplace violence or active threats.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop loss prevention and security staff, ensuring high performance and policy adherence.
• Supervise data accuracy and shrink-reduction initiatives with operations and inventory teams.
• Manage daily, weekly, and monthly LP reporting and metrics to drive measurable shrink reduction.
• Investigate internal and external theft and fraud with rigor and analytical precision.
• Implement physical security best practices balancing protection with operational efficiency.
• Coordinate crisis response and ensure staff safety in emergencies.
