Qualifications

• One year retail supervisor experience or similar training preferred.
• One year loss prevention/security training preferred.
• Active Security Guard License preferred.
• Proven ability to effectively resolve conflict.

Responsibilities

• Provide visible presence at store entrances/exits to mitigate theft.
• Demonstrate command presence in company-issued vest.
• Monitor sales floor for potential theft indicators.
• Assist store leadership in compliance with loss prevention directives.
