Burlington Stores, Inc. is seeking a Shortage Control Associate to help maintain a secure shopping environment while delivering outstanding customer service at our Toledo, OH store.

The position focuses on preventing theft, monitoring entrances, and supporting store leadership with shortages reduction and safety initiatives. Part-time role with flexible hours and opportunities for associates to grow within the company.

Qualificações

• 1+ years of experience in customer service, hospitality, retail, Asset Protection, Loss Prevention, or Operations is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor store entrances and exits to reduce theft opportunities.
• Greet customers with a warm smile and energetic greeting at all times.
• Identify and report theft incidents or suspicious activity to the Manager on Duty.
• Conduct bag and package checks on associates when required and in line with safety standards.
• Support training of associates on shortage reduction programs and safety practices.
