• Act as a visual deterrent to prevent loss/dishonesty and wear a body worn camera.
• Support a positive customer shopping experience and partner with store teams.
• Exercise sound judgment to ensure safety and protect the Company brand.
• Adhere to Company policies and support Company culture and values.
• Greet customers and assist by directing to management or customer service.
• Observe and report suspicious behavior or incidents to LP or store management.
