Job summary

The TJX Companies, Inc. is seeking a Loss Prevention/Associate role at a TJ Maxx store to deter theft, assist customers, and support store management. You will wear a Body Worn Camera, follow the Emergency Response Guide, and help maintain a safe shopping environment.

Responsibilities include patrolling the front of the store, reporting incidents, and collaborating with LP and management. The position requires strong communication, initiative, and the ability to stand for long periods.

Qualifications

• 0-2 years retail or security experience.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a proper and professional stance at the front of the store.
• Act as a visual deterrent to prevent loss/dishonesty.
• Wear a Company approved uniform including a Body Worn Camera.
• Greet customers with courtesy and respect; assist as needed.
• Refer customers to store management or customer service as required.
• Observe and report suspicious behavior or incidents to LP or store management.
• Perform a closing safety sweep with management.
• Document incidents in AIIM Case Management.
