Marshalls at 3501 W Genese St, Syracuse, NY is seeking a Loss Prevention Associate to help protect customers and assets. The role involves standing at the front of the store, serving as a visible deterrent, and wearing a body worn camera while supporting store and LP teams.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a proper and professional stance at the front of the store.
• Act as a visual deterrent to prevent loss/dishonesty.
• Review the Store Emergency Response Guide.
• Wear a Company approved uniform including a Body Worn Camera.
• Greet customers and demonstrate courtesy and respect.
• Refer customers to store management or customer service via radio.
• Observe and report suspicious behavior to LP or store management.
• Perform a closing safety sweep with management.
