Responsibilities

• Maintain proper and professional stance at the front of the store.
• Act as a visual deterrent to prevent loss.
• Review and understand the Store Emergency Response Guide.
• Wear the company-approved uniform including a Body Worn Camera.
• Greet customers courteously and respectfully.
• Establish and maintain a position at the front or in a department.
• Refer customers to management or customer service via radio.
• Observe and report suspicious behavior or incidents.
• Perform a closing safety sweep with management.
• Adhere to all Company Policy and Procedure.
• Document incidents in AIIM Case Management.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
