Qualifications

• Experience in loss prevention or security is preferred.
• Ability to remain calm under pressure and respond decisively.
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a visible presence to support a safe and secure store environment
• Monitor checkout areas and review exception reports to identify fraud and ensure cash handling compliance
• Conduct surveillance to detect theft, safety risks, and operational issues
• Apprehend individuals in accordance with policy and law
• Respond to electronic article surveillance alarms and investigate incidents
• Conduct inspections and audits related to shrink control and safety
• Maintain and operate asset protection equipment including CCTV and alarms
• Conduct investigations with thorough documentation and coordinate with store leadership and law enforcement
• Train associates on loss prevention, safety, and compliance practices
