You will monitor activity, support investigations, and partner with store leadership to maintain a safe, welcoming environment for customers and associates. Joining our team means contributing to loss prevention efforts, using observation skills and clear communication to identify risks and take appropriate action in line with policy and laws.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Experience in retail, customer service, leadership, asset protection, loss prevention, security, military, investigations, or related fields.
• Strong observation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to remain calm and make sound decisions in fast-paced situations.

Responsibilities

• Protect people, products, and profits by reducing theft, fraud and operational loss.
• Monitor store activity and support investigations.
• Identify risks and take appropriate action per policy and laws.
