Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Commissioned law enforcement officer preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Physically able to perform duties (standing, lifting, etc.).
• Willing to accept coaching and feedback.
• Ability to work under pressure and make sound decisions.
• Proficient with computer software and digital tools.
• Ability to multitask.

Responsibilities

• Acknowledge, greet, and engage guests as they enter the area.
• Take proactive measures to minimize loss from all sources in the store.
• Follow corporate guidelines and state laws; apprehend theft infractions.
• Follow daily work schedule as assigned by Asset Protection Officer Manager.
• Conduct surveillance and investigations as directed by Asset Protection Management.
• Coordinate with Asset Protection on shrink reduction programs.
• Perform store-level operational audits, walks, and safety checks.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
