Ace Hardware Corporation in Visalia, CA is seeking a Loss Prevention Officer for the 3rd shift (Sat-Wed, 9:30 PM–6:00 AM). You will monitor access, conduct safety audits, and protect people and property throughout the facility.

Responsibilities include supervising entry/exit, guarding hazardous materials, handling damaged items, CCTV monitoring, and training teammates. A high school diploma or GED is preferred, CPR/First Aid certification or ability to obtain it is required.

Responsabilités

• Manages disposition of damaged items and moves them to safe locations.
• Conducts investigations, inventory and cycle counts as needed.
• Uses computers and office equipment; reads SOPs and monitors alarms/CCTV.
• Provides training to other employees.
• Maintains a clean, safe work environment and adheres to procedures.
