Ace Hardware Corporation is seeking a Loss Prevention Officer for Sunday-Thursday, 10pm-6:30am. You will supervise entry/exit, perform safety audits, monitor hazardous materials, and manage inventory checks in a nationwide distribution setting.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED (preferred), 18+ years old, and willingness to work varied shifts. CCTV experience and security background are preferred, with CPR/First Aid certification or training provided.

• Must read Standard Operating Procedures, hear fire/security alarms and phones, and be able to monitor CCTV.
• Provides trainings to other employees.
• Perform housekeeping duties, keep floors clean, and keep work areas neat and clean.

What you need to succeed

• Be a safety champion by promoting a safe and productive workplace through your own actions, including the proper use of PPE, safe operation of powered equipment and safe lifting techniques as determined by the role.
• Be an active participant in contributing to a successful safety culture in the facility.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Ability and willingness to work non-traditional shifts and hours.
• Experience with CCTV preferred.
• Degree in Criminal Justice or 3-5 years of practical experience in Security, Loss Prevention or Law Enforcement Field preferred.
• Able to work a varied schedule to include early mornings, swing shift, nights, weekends, and holidays when necessary.
• CPR/First Aide Certified or able to obtain certification through company provided training.
