Mountain West Insurance & Financial Services, LLC seeks a Loss Control Associate to assess risks and help clients avoid losses across transportation, property, GL, and workers’ comp lines. You will work with producers and a cross-functional team to deliver safety surveys, risk analyses, and training.

Role requires extensive travel and ongoing OSHA/continuing education to maintain ASP or CSP designation, and strong client-service focus to support acquisition and retention.

Qualifications

• Experience in loss control or safety services for commercial clients.
• Ability to perform safety surveys and risk analyses.
• Strong customer service and client-relations skills.
• Familiarity with EPIC or similar data-management systems.

Responsabilités

• Assist with client acquisition and retention through safety services and loss-reduction recommendations.
• Provide safety surveys, resources, and training assistance to clients.
• Coordinate with client, producer, and carrier in discussions on industry needs.
• Participate in OSHA training and maintain ASP or CSP designation.
• Respond to client questions promptly and follow agency workflows.
