Job summary

Gallagher is seeking a Safety/Risk professional to deliver risk management training, perform site visits, and collaborate with clients to improve safety programs. The role requires strong communication skills, PowerPoint proficiency, and the ability to travel for client engagements.

The position supports a hybrid work model out of Phoenix, AZ, with travel up to 30% to client sites and ongoing professional development opportunities within a global risk management framework.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or commensurate experience in Safety, Risk, or Insurance.
• Ability to obtain licenses in all states where business is conducted.
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Moderate travel required, including some overnight travel.
• Strong public speaking and presentation skills.
• Ability to work a hybrid model out of Phoenix, AZ.
• Ability to travel locally weekly to client sites approx 30% reimbursed by Gallagher.

Responsibilities

• Conduct loss and operational analysis to improve risk programs.
• Apply understanding of client risk to address needs and support growth.
• Develop and deliver professional training materials for members.
• Present technical risk information to audiences of varying sizes.
