Gallagher Bassett is seeking a senior leader to drive Risk Control operations, overseeing a team of professionals across a network of branches. You will align Sales, Service, Risk Control, and Safety goals while driving operational excellence and client satisfaction.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree with 8+ years in risk control and strong knowledge of OSHA/EPA/DOT requirements. Travel and leadership of cross-functional teams are essential to success in this dynamic, global organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 8+ years in safety/risk/loss control or related leadership roles.
• Strong knowledge of federal/state safety codes and standards (OSHA, EPA, DOT).
• Experience designing and implementing productivity and Risk Control & Safety services improvements; travel as needed.
• Proven leadership with ability to inspire, develop, and lead high-performing teams.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills with ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for Risk Control team and program coordinators, ensuring service delivery and operational excellence.
• Monitor and measure team performance using productivity and quality metrics.
• Drive best practices, identify process improvements and scalable solutions.
• Oversee workload distribution and resource allocation for field staff to maximize service delivery.
• Serve as escalation point for complex client issues and strategic guidance.
• Build and maintain strong client, carrier and stakeholder partnerships and support business development.
