Job summary

The Cincinnati Insurance Companies invite college interns to join our Loss Control teams across field locations for Summer 2027. This on-site internship offers hands-on experience in risk evaluation, reporting, and service delivery within an established insurance organization.

You'll work with leaders and experienced associates, participate in on-site risk assessments, generate technical reports, and use Microsoft Office tools to support projects while building valuable professional

Qualifications

• Full-time undergraduate student at the junior, senior or master's level; all majors welcome.
• Collegiate transcripts required with submission of candidate profile (unofficial acceptable).
• In good academic standing (cumulative GPA 3.0 or higher preferred).
• Must be able to work up to 40 hours per week.
• Travel to Headquarters in Fairfield, Ohio and field sites; mileage reimbursement provided.

Responsibilities

• Participate in on-site risk evaluations and risk improvement services.
• Generate technical reports and research emerging trends.
• Use data to understand loss trends and identify service opportunities.
• Deliver Microsoft Office-based solutions to customers and teams.
• Assist with business activities, team meetings, and project tasks.
