Del Rey Urban (DRU) is seeking a Commercial Real Estate Advisor in Los Angeles, CA. This full-time, on-site role focuses on sourcing, evaluating, and advising on opportunities for DRU’s funds, syndications, and clients, including acquisitions, dispositions, and leasing strategies.

You will perform market research, financial analysis, prepare materials, coordinate tours, manage relationships, and negotiate terms while staying current on local trends and zoning.

Qualifikationen

• Strong knowledge of Commercial Real Estate with transaction advisory or brokerage experience.
• Experience in Real Estate and Sales with a track record of originating and closing deals.
• Customer Service skills, building long-term client relationships and clear communication.
• Proficiency in financial analysis, including cash flow modeling and ROI/IRR calculations.
• Familiarity with LA commercial real estate markets, zoning, regulatory, and permitting considerations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for professional presentations and reports.
• Degree in Business/Finance/Real Estate; CA real estate license strongly preferred.
• Comfort with CRM, real estate databases, Excel, PowerPoint, Word.
