Responsibilities

• Prospect and develop client relationships through networking, cold calling, and referrals.
• Represent buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants in commercial real estate transactions.
• Conduct property valuations, market analyses, and investment underwriting.
• Negotiate purchase agreements, leases, and letters of intent for clients.
• Maintain an active pipeline of listings and investment opportunities in LA.
• Collaborate with internal teams on marketing and property presentations.
• Stay current on market trends, cap rates, and CRE investment activity.
