Job summary

A leading commercial real estate brokerage firm in Los Angeles is seeking a Senior Capital Markets Advisor. This role involves directing complex CRE financing transactions, providing strategic advisory, and managing lender relationships. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years' experience in Commercial Real Estate Capital Markets, a strong understanding of underwriting, and a valid CA Real Estate License. This position offers a commission structure with significant growth potential within the firm’s expansive platform.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3-5 years dedicated experience in Commercial Real Estate Capital Markets.
• Advanced proficiency in CRE underwriting, including complex DCF analysis.
• Comprehensive knowledge of various CRE asset classes, especially Retail and Industrial.

Responsibilities

• Direct the full lifecycle of complex CRE financing.
• Serve as a primary consultant to sponsors and investment sales brokers.
• Oversee the development of institutional-quality underwriting and debt packages.
• Manage and expand a network of capital providers.
• Partner with the Director to manage the team’s production pipeline.
