Job summary

Dial-a-Nurse is hiring Certified Nursing Assistants and Home Health Aides to provide hourly and weekend care in Lee County, including Naples. Roles involve compassionate, professional in-home support, with emphasis on ADLs, mobility assistance, and personal care.

Flexible hours and a family-owned agency history underpin the team environment. Ideal candidates will have at least 1 year of caregiving experience and hold a CNA or HHA license, with a willingness to work weekends.

Qualifications

• Caregiving experience of 1 year or more preferred.
• Must hold a CNA or HHA license.
• Flexible schedule with weekend availability encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Complete daily tasks in a safe, professional manner (ADLs).
• Provide companionship, social and emotional support to clients.
• Assist with personal care: hygiene, mobility, incontinence care, light housekeeping, meals.
• Maintain a safe, clean environment and document task completion.
• Provide transportation to appointments if needed and report changes to the Office Manager.
• Communicate any major changes in client condition promptly.
• Support office staff by reporting incidents during shifts.

We are currently hiring experienced professional Certified Nursing Assistants and Home Health Aids to provide Hourly and Weekend care for our clients in Lee County.

• Part Time/Full Time * Flexible hours / Weekends availability

Our Caregivers are responsible for the physical care and emotional support of our clients who may no longer be able to take care of themselves due to illness, injury, surgery, or disability. The ideal candidate must be able to care for our clients and their property with dignity, patience, compassion, and respect. This person will always encourage and remain empathetic to the clients

Essential Responsibilities

• Complete daily tasks in a safe and professional manner (ADLs)
• Actively engage with each client by providing companionship, social & emotional support
• Assist with personal care activities to include hygiene, mobility assistance, incontinence care, light housekeeping, feeding, and meal preparation
• Keep order, safety, and client enjoyment top of mind at all times
• Provide transportation to and from appointments if needed (if applicable)
• Detailed documentation of completion of tasks
• Report changes in the client's physical condition, mental capability, or behavior
• Alert Office Manager of major changes or incidents during your shift
