Job summary

Dial-a-Nurse is seeking experienced caregivers to provide hourly, live-in, and weekend care in Naples and surrounding areas. We offer Part-time and Full-time roles with flexible days, nights, overnights, and weekends.

As a caregiver, you will support clients with daily living activities, provide companionship, ensure safety, and document tasks. CNA/HHA preferred; at least 6 months of caregiving experience required. Join a family-owned agency serving communities for over 40 years.

Qualifications

• 6 months caregiving experience
• CNA/HHA license preferred
• Ability to perform ADLs: hygiene, mobility, incontinence care, light housekeeping, feeding

Responsibilities

• Provide ADLs and personal care with dignity and respect
• Offer companionship and emotional support to clients
• Assist with hygiene, mobility, incontinence, light housekeeping, meals
• Ensure safety, document tasks, and report changes to supervisor
• Provide transportation to appointments when needed
• Maintain client comfort and engagement during shifts
• Communicate any major changes to Care Manager or Staffing Coordinator

Dial-a-Nurse

We are currently hiring experienced professional caregivers to provide Hourly, Live-In, and Weekend care for our clients in Naples. * Part Time/Full Time * Flexible hours, Days/Nights/Overnights/Weekends availability.

Our Caregivers are responsible for the physical care and emotional support of our clients who may no longer be able to take care of themselves due to illness, injury, surgery, or disability. The ideal candidate must be able to care for our clients and their property with dignity, patience, compassion, and respect. This person will always encourage and remain empathetic to the clients

Essential Responsibilities

• Complete daily tasks in a safe and professional manner (ADLs)
• Actively engage with each client by providing companionship, social & emotional support
• Assist with personal care activities to include: hygiene, mobility assistance, incontinence care, light housekeeping, feeding and meal preparation
• Keep order, safety, and client enjoyment top of mind at all times
• Provide transportation to and from appointments if needed
• Detailed documentation of completion of tasks
• Report changes in the client’s physical condition, mental capability or behavior
• Alert Care Manager / Staffing Coordinator of major changes or incidents during your shift
