Dial-a-Nurse is a family-owned home health agency serving Naples and Fort Myers, offering opportunities to work as a Certified Nursing Assistant or Home Health Aide at your convenience.

Caregivers are valued as the lifeblood of the team with 24/7 support and flexible scheduling to fit personal needs, including day or night shifts and short or long shifts.

Qualifications

• Experience in caregiving and ability to provide companionship and social support.
• Willingness to perform personal care activities including hygiene, mobility assistance, and light housekeeping.
• Ability to document completion of tasks and report changes to Care Manager/Staffing Coordinator.

Responsibilities

• Complete daily tasks safely and professionally (ADLs).
• Engage with clients through companionship and emotional support.
• Assist with personal care activities and light housekeeping.
• Maintain safety, order, and client enjoyment at all times.
• Provide transportation to appointments when needed.
• Document task completion and report changes in client condition.

• Complete daily tasks safely and professionally (ADLs)


• Actively engage with each client by providing companionship, social & emotional support


• Assist with personal care activities including hygiene, mobility assistance, incontinence care, light housekeeping, feeding, and meal preparation


• Keep order, safety, and client enjoyment top of mind at all times


• Provide transportation to and from appointments if needed


• Detailed documentation of completion of tasks


• Report changes in the client’s physical condition, mental capability, or behavior


• Alert Care Manager / Staffing Coordinator of major changes or incidents during your shift
