Castle Connolly Private Health Partners, LLC seeks a part-time Exercise Physiologist to deliver data-driven testing and longevity-focused assessments for concierge members in Midtown Manhattan. The role requires travel across the United States to support on-site testing, coaching, and physician engagement.

The ideal candidate has a strong background in exercise physiology, metabolic testing, and longevity science, and can translate complex data into practical guidance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Physiology, Kinesiology, or related field.
• ACSM EP-C/CEP, ACSM-CPT, NSCA-CSCS or equivalent certification preferred.
• NBC-HWC is a plus; master’s degree preferred.
• Minimum 2 years in performance testing or health coaching.

Responsibilities

• Conduct VO₂ max testing, metabolic assessments, and body composition analyses.
• Set up, calibrate, and break down mobile performance test equipment.
• Translate testing data into individualized exercise, recovery, and lifestyle recommendations.
• Apply longevity principles to member programming and coaching plans.
• Deliver personalized coaching sessions informed by data, goals, and physician recommendations.
• Coordinate follow‑up sessions and track outcomes for long-term behavior change.
• Collaborate with physicians, health coaches, and other professionals to develop longevity plans.
• Travel throughout the U.S. (approx. 25%) to support testing events and member programming.
