Qualifications

• Board-certified MD/DO in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or Sports Medicine.
• Licensed to practice medicine in Illinois.
• Experience in lifestyle medicine or performance optimization preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver concierge-level care with comprehensive assessments and personalized health planning.
• Provide proactive, preventive, and performance-focused care integrating lifestyle, fitness, nutrition, and recovery.
• Serve as a health coach guiding patients via education, data, and interventions.
• Collaborate with SHIFT’s interdisciplinary team to ensure coordinated care and optimal outcomes.
• Maintain high engagement with patients via texts, emails, and messages for a next-level experience.
• Contribute to development of clinical protocols, quality improvement, and patient engagement strategies.
