Castle Connolly Private Health Partners, LLC seeks a part-time Exercise Physiologist to deliver data-driven testing and longevity-focused assessments for concierge members in Midtown Manhattan. The role requires travel across the United States to support on-site testing, coaching, and physician engagement.
The ideal candidate has a strong background in exercise physiology, metabolic testing, and longevity science, and can translate complex data into practical guidance.
We are seeking a part-time Exercise Physiologist (approximately 20+ hours per week with option to go full time) to deliver data-driven performance testing and longevity-focused assessments to members of our concierge medicine organization. This New York–based role requires travel throughout the United States to support on‑site performance testing, training, assessments, and physician engagement.
This position is ideal for a candidate with a strong background in exercise physiology and metabolic testing who is knowledgeable about emerging longevity science, healthspan optimization, and the biological drivers of aging, and who enjoys translating complex data into practical, actionable guidance for high-touch clients.

This is a unique opportunity to help expand and grow an innovative longevity and performance program within a nationally recognized concierge medicine organization, working alongside physicians, health coaches, and other wellness professionals to deliver personalized, data-driven care that helps members optimize their healthspan and long‑term well‑being.
The schedule is flexible, with availability needed Monday–Friday to accommodate member schedules and testing logistics.
Coaching and assessments are delivered within the scope of our Ovation Performance Health wellness programming, which integrates sleep, exercise, nutrition, and stress management to support optimal health and performance, as well as prevent and manage chronic disease.
Conduct VO₂ max testing, metabolic assessments, body composition analysis, functional performance testing, and other longevity-focused evaluations for concierge members.
Set up, calibrate, and break down mobile performance testing equipment at clinical or on‑site locations
Interpret performance data and translate results into individualized exercise, recovery, and lifestyle recommendations
Apply longevity and healthspan principles (e.g. cardiorespiratory fitness, muscle quality, metabolic efficiency, recovery capacity) to member programming
Deliver personalized consultation and coaching sessions informed by objective testing data, member goals, physician recommendations, and health coaching plans.
Coordinate follow‑up coaching sessions to support performance improvement and long‑term behavior change
Track outcomes, document testing and provide timely reporting to the VP of Healthspan Services
Collaborate as part of an interdisciplinary care team, including physicians, health coaches, and other wellness professionals to develop and implement personalized longevity and healthspan plans for members.
Travel throughout the U.S. (approximately 25% of the time) to support performance testing events, training, member assessments, and member programming
Strong foundation in exercise physiology, metabolic testing, and performance assessment methodologies
Proven ability to analyze and interpret VO₂ max and related performance data
Familiarity with longevity science, healthspan optimization, and current trends in aging biology and preventive health
Understanding of key longevity-related biomarkers and metrics (e.g., aerobic capacity, body composition, metabolic health, recovery, functional movement)
Ability to communicate complex physiological concepts in a clear, motivating, client-friendly manner
High level of professionalism, confidence, and presence in client-facing and clinical environments
Strong organizational skills and comfort working independently during on‑site testing engagements
Commitment to delivering an exceptional concierge-level member experience
Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Physiology, Kinesiology, or a related field required
ACSM Certified Exercise Physiologist (EP-C), ACSM Certified Clinical Exercise Physiologist (CEP), ACSM Certified Personal Trainer, NSCA Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS), or equivalent certification preferred.
National Board Certification in Health Coaching (NBC‑HWC) is a plus
Master’s degree in a health‑related field preferred
Minimum of 2 years of experience in performance testing and health or performance coaching
Hands‑on experience conducting VO₂ max testing and metabolic performance assessments required
Experience or strong interest in longevity, preventive medicine, or healthspan-focused programs preferred
Experience working in a clinical setting and collaborating with physicians strongly preferred
Proficiency with MS Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel), Zoom, and healthcare platforms (EMRs, telehealth systems, client portals)
Ability to transport, lift, and move performance testing equipment as required for mobile or on‑site assessments
Ability to set up and break down performance lab testing environments, including calibration of testing devices
Ability to stand, walk, bend, and remain physically active for extended periods during testing sessions
Ability to travel frequently and work in varied clinical, office, and on‑site environments
