Job summary

Vensure Employer Solutions is seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join a wellness-focused practice in Portland, Maine. This role centers on hormone replacement therapy (HRT), medical weight loss, preventative medicine, sexual wellness, and longevity care.

Providers will work closely with patients to develop personalized treatment plans, review laboratory results, monitor progress, and help patients achieve long-term health and wellness goals.

Responsibilities

• Conduct patient consultations and follow-up visits
• Review and interpret laboratory testing
• Develop individualized treatment plans
• Prescribe and manage hormone optimization therapies
• Manage medical weight-loss programs, including GLP-1 medications
• Educate patients on nutrition, exercise, and lifestyle modifications
• Monitor treatment outcomes and patient progress
• Build strong long-term patient relationships
