Qualifications

• Licensed healthcare provider (NP or PA-C) in good standing.
• Experience with hormone optimization therapies and preventive medicine is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct patient consultations and follow-up visits.
• Review and interpret laboratory testing to inform treatment plans.
• Develop individualized hormone optimization and weight-loss treatment plans.
• Prescribe and manage hormone therapies and GLP-1 medications as appropriate.
• Educate patients on nutrition, exercise, and lifestyle modifications.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust therapies as needed.

Job Description

Our client is seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join a growing wellness-focused practice in Portland, Maine.

This role focuses on hormone replacement therapy (HRT), medical weight loss, preventative medicine, sexual wellness, and longevity care. Providers will work closely with patients to develop personalized treatment plans, review laboratory results, monitor progress, and help patients achieve long-term health and wellness goals.

This position offers the opportunity to practice in a wellness-driven environment where patient education, relationship-building, and preventative care are prioritized.

Responsibilities

• Conduct patient consultations and follow-up visits
