Job summary

Distro is seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join a wellness-focused practice in Portland, Maine. This role emphasizes hormone optimization, medical weight loss, preventative care, sexual wellness, and longevity care.

You will work with patients to develop personalized treatment plans, review labs, monitor progress, and support long-term health goals. The position offers a hybrid schedule after onboarding, with a 32-hour workweek, no evenings, no weekends, and no on-call

Qualifications

• NP or PA-C qualification required.
• Experience in hormone optimization or wellness care preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct patient consultations and follow-up visits
• Review and interpret laboratory testing

This role focuses on hormone replacement therapy (HRT), medical weight loss, preventative medicine, sexual wellness, and longevity care. Providers will work closely with patients to develop personalized treatment plans, review laboratory results, monitor progress, and help patients achieve long-term health and wellness goals.

This position offers the opportunity to practice in a wellness-driven environment where patient education, relationship-building, and preventative care are prioritized.
