LifeGaines Medical and Aesthetics in Boca Raton, FL, is hiring a physician to treat patients in-clinic and via telemedicine under Dr. Richard Gaines’ mentorship. The role focuses on hormone optimization, functional medicine, and sexual health within a concierge medicine model.

The physician will build expertise in BHRT, longevity medicine, and regenerative protocols, with potential future leadership opportunities across Meridian Aesthetic Partners. Florida licensure and DEA are required.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted Florida MD or DO license.
• Board certification in Primary Care, Internal Medicine, Anti-Aging/Functional Medicine, Urology, OB-GYN, or Emergency Medicine preferred.
• Experience in functional and longevity medicine with BHRT is a plus.

Responsabilités

• See patients in clinic and via telemedicine under mentorship.
• Design and manage BHRT protocols for men and women.
• Conduct comprehensive functional medicine consultations and interpret biomarker panels.
• Evaluate and treat sexual health using functional medicine and regenerative protocols.
• Represent the practice in the medical and wellness community through events and outreach.
