Job summary

LifeGaines Medical and Aesthetics in Boca Raton, FL, is hiring a physician to treat patients in-clinic and via telemedicine under Dr. Richard Gaines’ mentorship. The role focuses on hormone optimization, functional medicine, and sexual health within a concierge medicine model.

The physician will build expertise in BHRT, longevity medicine, and regenerative protocols, with potential future leadership opportunities across Meridian Aesthetic Partners. Florida licensure and DEA are required.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted Florida MD or DO license.
• Board certification in Primary Care, Internal Medicine, Anti-Aging/Functional Medicine, Urology, OB-GYN, or Emergency Medicine preferred.
• Experience in functional and longevity medicine with BHRT is a plus.

Responsibilities

Job description

LifeGaines Medical and Aesthetics is a Boca Raton concierge practice specializing in longevity and functional medicine, hormone optimization, and advanced aesthetics. It's led by Dr. Richard Gaines, a pioneer in longevity medicine and sexual health.

LifeGaines Medical and Aesthetics is hiring a physician to treat patients directly in the clinic and via telemedicine, while working and collaborating with Dr. Richard Gaines to build expertise in hormone optimization, functional medicine, and sexual health.

LifeGaines Medical and Aesthetics is owned by Meridian Aesthetic Partners, a management service organization. Meridian brings deep expertise in healthcare and business operations to the practices it partners with. Joining LifeGaines Medical and Aesthetics means working alongside Dr. Richard Gaines, a Harvard-trained, board-certified MD, with broader opportunities at the Meridian platform level. This position has the opportunity to grow into clinical leadership on the platform as it expands.

What You'll Do

• Patient care: See patients directly in the clinic and virtually, treating your own patient population under Dr. Richard Gaines' mentorship as you build expertise in the practice's clinical approach.


• Hormone optimization: Evaluate, design, and manage individualized bioidentical hormone replacement (BHRT) protocols for men and women.


• Functional medicine: Conduct comprehensive consults and interpret advanced biomarker panels (labs, genetics, gut, micronutrient).


• Sexual health: Evaluate and treat sexual dysfunction using functional medicine and regenerative protocols. Metabolic and emerging therapy: Develop and manage protocols within current federal compounding and regulatory rules.


• Community engagement: Represent LifeGaines Medical and Aesthetics in the medical and wellness community through speaking engagements, educational events, partnerships, and public-facing outreach that builds the practice's profile and patient base.

This hire may be considered for the future Chief Medical Officer role at Meridian Aesthetic Partners. The CMO role would involve overseeing and designing clinical protocols across the entire portfolio of clinics.

What You Bring Required

• State License: Active, unrestricted Florida MD or DO License. Additional state licenses are a plus. Active DEA registration


• Board certification in one of the following specialties: Primary Care, Internal Medicine, Anti-Aging/Functional Medicine, Urology, OB-GYN, Emergency Medicine. For those without direct HRT experience, this is an opportunity to train with a pioneer in the longevity and functional medicine specialty.


• Preferred: Physician who is currently practicing Functional and Longevity medicine with a focus on BHRT, concierge medicine, and/or sexual health.


• Experience in a clinical, patient-facing role


• Comfort and enthusiasm for engaging the medical and patient communities through speaking engagements


• Polished, professional presence suited to a concierge environment, exceptional interpersonal skills


• Pay package inclusive of competitive base salary plus productivity-based incentive compensation
