Elevate MD in Cincinnati, OH is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible MD/DO focused on functional and integrative medicine. You will lead patient consultations, develop personalized treatment plans (BHRT, weight loss, longevity programs), and interpret advanced labs to guide care.

Qualifications

• MD/DO with board certification or eligibility in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Endocrinology, or OB/GYN.
• Active Ohio medical license (or ability to obtain).
• Strong interest in functional/integrative medicine, hormone optimization, and longevity care.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a patient-first approach.

Responsibilities

• Conduct patient consultations with a focus on functional and integrative medicine.
• Develop and manage individualized treatment plans, including BHRT, medical weight loss, and longevity programs.
• Order, interpret, and review advanced lab testing to guide care.
• Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation in the EMR system.
• Stay current with the latest research and best practices in functional and longevity medicine.
• Ensure the highest standards of patient safety, ethics, and satisfaction.
