Job summary

Serotonin Centers is seeking an experienced Medical Practitioner to lead BHRT pellet therapy and related wellness services in a client-centered setting. You will educate clients, design personalized treatment plans, and support weight management and aesthetics programs.

Ideal candidates will have BHRT experience, strong clinical judgment, and a commitment to building lasting patient relationships in a modern wellness environment.

Qualifications

• Licensed practitioner in good standing (NP/PA/MD).
• BHRT or hormone optimization experience preferred.
• Ability to perform hormone pellet insertion.
• Strong communication and education skills.
• Proficient EMR documentation and record-keeping.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive client consultations, evaluations, diagnoses, and follow-ups.
• Develop and present individualized treatment and wellness plans.
• Educate clients on therapies, costs, and next steps.
• Provide exceptional client experiences and sustain engagement.
• Diagnose and manage hormonal imbalances in men and women.
• Prescribe and manage BHRT, including pellet insertions.
• Order and interpret labs; adjust plans accordingly.
• Provide medical weight-management services and GLP-1 therapies.
• Educate on medications, lifestyle, nutrition, and wellness habits.
• Collaborate with Health Coaches on weight-management programs.
• Maintain wellness-focused approach in nutrition, movement, stress management, sleep.
