Job summary

Laser Skin & Wellness in West Palm Beach, FL seeks an experienced Functional Wellness Physician to join our physician‑led team and help expand a premier longevity and wellness program.

Grow a thriving functional medicine practice within an established aesthetic medical practice known for clinical excellence, innovation and patient care. Hormone optimization and metabolic health services are supported by an expert team.

Qualifications

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school.
• Active or eligible Florida medical licensure.
• Experience or strong interest in Functional Medicine, Integrative Medicine, Lifestyle Medicine or Wellness Medicine.
• Experience with hormone replacement therapy, medical weight management, peptide therapies and preventative medicine preferred.
• Strong patient education and relationship‑building skills.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with an interest in program development, innovation and practice growth.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to educate and inspire patients to achieve long‑term health goals.

Responsibilities

• Develop and expand a premier Functional Wellness program within Laser Skin & Wellness.
• Provide evidence‑based wellness treatments including hormone optimization and metabolic health services.
• Build lasting patient relationships and promote comprehensive wellness solutions.
• Collaborate with medical and aesthetic providers to grow the practice and patient base.
• Engage in CME and professional development to maintain clinical excellence.
