Job summary

The successful candidate will modify curriculum for students on IEPs, implement state and federal special education laws, develop and supervise IEPs, and collaborate with staff to support diverse learners in a general curriculum setting.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Special Education is preferred.
• DESE certification in Moderate Disabilities required at the appropriate grade level.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; strong technology proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Modify curriculum for students eligible for special education (IEP), following MA DESE standards.
• Ensure rights of students with disabilities to participate in general curriculum.
• Develop and oversee implementation of IEPs; collaborate with staff to support students.
