Position: Long Term Substitute Elementary Special Education Teacher
Location: Byam Elementary School
Assignment Dates: 11/19/25- 01/05/26 (Dates are subject to change)

General Description: The successful candidate will assume the role and responsibilities of an Elementary Special Education Teacher for a long term substitute elementary school teacher from 11/19/25- 01/05/26. Dates subject to change.

• Coordinate efforts with specialists assigned to provide specific services.
• Confer with parents to promote better understanding of the pupil and his/her environment.
• Assist and guide ancillary personnel.
• Attend meetings and prepare and maintain all related records and reports reflecting activities as required or directed.
